This ceremony is conducted every year to select among the students their leader who can shoulder various responsibilities of the school curriculum. This is also an occasion for the young leaders to realise how the school functions in a democratic manner. Head Boys, Head Girl, student Prefects , House leaders are some of the post they are recruited/voted by the students of the school
